Sidsel is a trained transport economist and has a master's degree in management. She has long experience as an independent business owner in the consulting industry. Previously, she has worked with management, both in the offshore industry and in the transport sector, as well as being employed in the county municipal and municipal administration where she worked with business development.
Sidsel was an active politician for almost 10 years until 2014, and she has also held a number of board positions with public and private actors.
Morten has a bachelor's degree in nauticsfrom Ålesund University College and experience as a senior officer on offshore vessels, and service vessels for the aquaculture industry.
Within the offshore segment, he is experienced in anchor handling and subsea projects on board construction vessels worldwide.
In the aquaculture industry, Morten has experience with mooring work. Morten holds a Deck Officer Class D1 - Naval Captain and a DP certificate.
Terje is a trained sea captain and has officer training from the Navy. He has over 30 years of seafaring experience in senior positions in Operational Emergency Management (SAR), oil spill protection, jurisdiction, and offshore marine operations.
He has experience from the Arctic, has worked for several periods abroad - including two periods in the training of personnel in Africa (Norad) and he has supervised construction of vessels in Poland.
In addition, Terje has experience from several leading offshore related positions on land.
Louise has a bachelor's degree in public management and has further education in project management and communication. She is a master's student at NTNU, where she studies organization and management parallel to her position.
Louise has been self-employed, worked for several years as cost controller in the oil industry and specialized in personnel follow-up through the public sector.
In Safepath, Louise is the head of HR and Finance, we take good advantage of her broad experience.
Espen is a computer engineer with a bachelor's degree from NTNU in Ålesund, where he wrote a thesis together with Per Christian. He has previously taken education and trade certificates as an ICT service employee.
In addition to working as an ICT apprentice at Kristiansund upper secondary school, he worked at Kontali during the holidays the last years of his studies. He enjoyed varied tasks within ICT and development.
Espen now works with various ICT tasks with the main focus on software development. He is happy to be involved in the entire process under development and gets a good insight into what is needed in the market through customer meetings.
Per Christian is a computer engineer with a bachelor's degree from NTNU in Ålesund. He has previous experience as a developer at Simployer Capitech, where he worked for one year after graduating.
For the last two years of his studies, he has worked as a scientific student in the Visualization Lab at NTNU in Ålesund. The main tasks here were IT operations and networks. He is very concerned with future-proof software development, and wants to contribute with flexible solutions.
Per Christian wrote the bachelor's in collaboration with Espen. They explored and compared different technologies for the development of online services.
Christine has extensive experience as an interdisciplinary designer, consultant, freelancer and project manager for the public and private sectors.
Her background is in art and design schools in Denmark and Norway with a Bachelor of Visual Communication from the Faculty of Technology at Southampton University.
She is passionate about intuitive and easily understandable design on both Safepath's and customers' products, as well as branding them. She focuses on the fact that documents such as manuals and procedures must have a user-friendly and logical design, so that everyone achieves the same understanding of performing an operation.
Christian has over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry. He has worked both as a pilot in the State Air Ambulance and for the airline Norwegian.
He also has education from NTNU and UIT. Christian's unique experience in aviation is transferable to many disciplines in the maritime industry.
In Safepath, Christian has project responsibility, in addition to his position as supervisor in the monitoring center.

Tommy has a Master's degree in petroleum logistics with extensive experience and expertise in management and logistics in the petroleum sector.

Kurt is a trained sea captain and
has over 21 years of experience from marine research with 11 years from Africa and the East through Norad.
He has taken the rest of his experience with him from Norwegian waters.
Kurt has also worked as a fisherman and instructor in radio training, GOC / ROC / SRC GMDSS on his own fryers since 2009.
Håkon has a Bachelor of Nautical Engineering from the Norwegian Arctic University and experience as chief mate on general cargo as from freight and bulk boats.
Within general cargo, he has sailed in coastal shipping and North Sea / Baltic Sea shipping. He holds deck officer class D1 as well as fairway certificates on parts of the Norwegian coast. In addition, Håkon has experience from the aquaculture industry.
In Safepath Håkon is a supervisor in the monitoring central and will contribute his experience from NOR and NIS ships to the development and improvement of our safety management system.
Anton has a Master's degree in Nautics, and holds a deck officer class D1.
As a sailor, Anton has over 10 years of experience along the Norwegian coast and in international waters. He has extensive experience with safety management systems and has been ISM responsible on board several boats, in addition to the company's ISM and quality manager.
In Safepath, Anton is a supervisor in the monitoring central, and contributes with his experience to the development and improvement of our digital security management system Sealog.
Erling is a trained sea captain, and has long and broad experience in maritime industries, including fishing, service teams in farming and offshore anchor handling.

Ingvild is studying at the University of Bergen where she is taking a bachelor's degree in comparative politics. In addition to school, she has several active board positions. Ingvild has foreign experience from both the USA and France.
In Safepath, Ingvild works with varied tasks related to various projects.
