Sidsel is a trained transport economist and has a master's degree in management. She has long experience as an independent business owner in the consulting industry. Previously, she has worked with management, both in the offshore industry and in the transport sector, as well as being employed in the county municipal and municipal administration where she worked with business development.
Sidsel was an active politician for almost 10 years until 2014, and she has also held a number of board positions with public and private actors.

Morten has a bachelor's degree in nauticsfrom Ålesund University College and experience as a senior officer on offshore vessels, and service vessels for the aquaculture industry.
Within the offshore segment, he is experienced in anchor handling and subsea projects on board construction vessels worldwide.
In the aquaculture industry, Morten has experience with mooring work. Morten holds a Deck Officer Class D1 - Naval Captain and a DP certificate.

Terje is a trained sea captain and has officer training from the Navy. He has over 30 years of seafaring experience in senior positions in Operational Emergency Management (SAR), oil spill protection, jurisdiction, and offshore marine operations.
He has experience from the Arctic, has worked for several periods abroad - including two periods in the training of personnel in Africa (Norad) and he has supervised construction of vessels in Poland.
In addition, Terje has experience from several leading offshore related positions on land.

Per Joar has over 30 years of experience from the Police, where he has experience with operational service, investigation, project management and investigation of offshore incidents.
He also has 6 years of experience as Safety Manager on offshore rigs where procedures as well as facilitation and follow-up of Health, Safety and the Environment were paramount.
He has also worked on projects abroad under the auspices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Norwegian Police Directorate. He has a valid safety course and a health certificate for going offshore.

Christian has over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry. He has worked both as a pilot in the State Air Ambulance and for the airline Norwegian.
He also has education from NTNU and UIT. Christian's unique experience in aviation is transferable to many disciplines in the maritime industry.

He mainly has experience from shuttle tanks as a helmsman and DP operator but also has experience from a cable operator, smaller public research vessel and as a Marine Operator for an offshore field monitoring center in Trondheim.

Arthur is a trained sea captain, started his career in a chemical tank but now has 20 years of experience in offshore service.
Arthur has worked for many years as a captain on supply vessels in some of the world's most severe areas and several years as a captain on subsea / construction vessels both in the North Sea and world wide as well as experience as a nautical supervisor and led construction of subsea construction and supply vessels.
Also has several years of experience from area preparedness with NOFO oil spill response equipment and is a trained lifeguard.
Holds deck officer class D1 - Sea Captain and DP certificate.

Kurt is a trained sea captain and
has over 21 years of experience from marine research with 11 years from Africa and the East through Norad.
He has taken the rest of his experience with him from Norwegian waters.
Kurt has also worked as a fisherman and instructor in radio training, GOC / ROC / SRC GMDSS on his own fryers since 2009.

Christine has extensive experience as an interdisciplinary designer, consultant, freelancer and project manager for the public and private sectors.
Her background is in art and design schools in Denmark and Norway with a Bachelor of Visual Communication from the Faculty of Technology at Southampton University.
She is passionate about intuitive and easily understandable design on both Safepath's and customers' products, as well as branding them. She focuses on the fact that documents such as manuals and procedures must have a user-friendly and logical design, so that everyone achieves the same understanding of performing an operation.

Espens education and professional letter is within ICT service staff. He has further education as a computer engineer with a bachelor's degree from NTNU in Ålesund. The degree will be completed in the summer of 2020.
Espen has worked at Kristiansund high school as an ICT apprentice, and during the last two years of his bachelor's degree he worked as a summer intern at Kontali Analysis, where he focused on IT and development tasks.
In his bachelor thesis he explores various programming languages and frameworks for the development of the HTTP API.

Cecilie is educated within office and administration as well as a legal office staff.
She has broad experience from the corporate market in Telenor, both in sales and contract management on some of Telenor's largest frame contracts.
After a stay in California, she returned to Norway and started her own store concept in Kristiansund. As a self-employed businesswoman, Cecilie received the Gaselle Prize in 2017 for good business conduct.
